All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged* or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
* Please Note:
All books in our store come directly from the printer to the publisher, then to us, and finally to you. Minimal wear is to be expected, just as with any bookstore. We carefully inspect each book and only send those that meet the publisher’s and our acceptable standards. If we wouldn't put it on a shelf, we wouldn't ship it!
If you believe we made an error, please review the guidelines below before reaching out:
What we consider damaged:
- Large dented or crushed corners
- Ripped, torn, or missing pages
- Tears or rips on the front cover or spine
- Large residue, stains, or marks on the cover or spine that cannot be removed
- Water damage (warping, staining, or mold)
- Discoloration or color transfer from sprayed edges to non-sprayed edges
What we do not consider damaged:
- Page bleeding or unevenly sprayed edges (publisher design)
- Minor creasing, folds, or indentations on the spine or page corners
- Wavy books not caused by water
- Slight/small indentations on spine corners

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All items are final sale. If you believe a product does not uphold the quality expected, please contact the shop directly and a refund or replacement will be considered on a case by case basis. Must be communicated seven days from delivery.
